Agrak Piecework is an app that allows you to keep a record (quantity and hours) of everything related to your piecework jobs (contracts / piecework). Its a simple, flexible, and scalable app that will allow you to keep track of the quantity and price of pieces (hours, trees, rows, linear meters, bumps, etc.) for each worker, whether they are internal or external, working in your field. This includes tracking by worker, contractor, field, species, and variety. You can also track attendance by worker, which will enable you to measure productivity and increase efficiency. You can rate your workers and leave comments. With Agrak Piecework, we aim to help you increase efficiency, reduce costs, increase profitability, comply with current regulations, and have complete control over whats happening in your field. Decide whether you want to assign QR codes to your workers or not. Decide whether you want to keep individual records or by crew. This app feeds into and integrates with the Agrak Web platform, where you can track your costs by field, section, species, and variety. All the information entered into the system can be modified later if you assign the corresponding permissions and roles. All the information generated in Agrak Piecework can feed into your payroll and/or accounting ERP system. Its not necessary to be connected to use it.
